Note: We intentionally do not state a specific start date as each season is different and we allow ourselves the flexibility to determine when the optimum harvest window will present itself. We are after all, working in partnership with Nature. Frost dates and extra cold nights or unusual warmth in the spring will play a major role in start dates. That said, we are consistently within a week of the included guidelines.
